We hold a 24 hours cancellation notice period (business hours Monday-Friday). Failure to cancel an appointment, will incur the full cost of the session. If your appointment is on a Monday at 11am and you wish to cancel it, then you would need to do so by Friday at 11am. This is so that we can offer this slot to a client on our waiting list for their initial assessment. If you cancel an appointment, please note that we will always confirm that we have received your cancellation text, email or phone call by replying to acknowledge this. Please discuss with us if you wish to end your therapy sessions; if you cancel or miss two consecutive therapy sessions then we will have a discussion about whether you are able to continue your therapy.
