Individual counselling is a time for you to work on anything that is on your mind and important to you. It is a time to share what is on your mind in a non-judgemental or threatening place with an independent person who can objectively support you.
I work with clients at their own pace and do not prescribe how many sessions you should have. I work from a person-centered approach and find that this helps my clients to feel in control of their counselling sessions.
