Welcome to Vermonti Health

Music has always been my language for connection, and I’m passionate about helping others find their own voice through it. As an HCPC registered Music Therapist, I use music within sessions to support healing, connection, and self-discovery. I completed my Master’s degree in Music Therapy at the University of the West of England in 2025. My training is grounded in a psychodynamic framework and guided by a person-centred, relational approach, meaning that each session might flow differently, shaped by what you bring into the room and what emerges through the music.
My work has taken me into a variety of settings including schools, care homes, community programs and private practice. I’ve had the privilege of working with both children and adults, supporting people through creative musical experiences such as improvisation and receptive listening. These processes help clients express themselves, manage anxiety, and build resilience. You don’t need to be a musician to access Music Therapy – music meets us exactly where we are!
Each session is approached with compassion, curiosity and a deep respect for every person’s unique story. My goal is to create a safe, creative space where clients can explore freely, reconnect with their strengths and feel seen - both within the music and beyond it.
I have over a decade of experience working with clients experiencing substance use and mental health challenges and trauma. I have worked with people experiencing domestic abuse, bereavement and loss, and with women separated from their children. I have significant experience supporting neurodivergent clients, which continues to inform my inclusive and sensitive approach.
Outside of work I enjoy walking, being in nature, cooking, going to see live music and theatre and making music with others.
